About this Internship

Through an internship program, TCTA is able to provide ten highly qualified individuals with the opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge in order to become leaders in their fields.

The internship program includes the following fields:

Minimum Requirements

Before you submit your application, make sure that you meet all of the necessary entrance requirements. Failure to do so will result in your application being rejected.

• Must have completed Grade 12/Matric
• Have not previously participated in any other internship opportunity.
• It has to be a youthful individual.
• Engineering candidates who are looking for internships should have a minimum of a less fortunate background. These include: a degree in quantity surveying, environmental studies, or management, or a BS in engineering or science. In addition, candidates should also have a relevant background in environmental management.
• To be considered for an internship in Human Resources, candidates must have either an Advanced Diploma or degree in Project Finance, Treasury, or Finance in Human Resources. For internships in other fields, such as finance, candidates must also have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting.
• For internships in procurement, candidates should have a diploma in purchasing, internal audit, or logistics. They must also have an appropriate degree in business or accounting.
• For an internship in internal audit, candidates should have either a degree or a combination of certifications in a related field. These include a degree in computer science, information technology, or auditing.
• Regulation and Compliance Candidates seeking internships must meet one of the following criteria: LLB
