Speccon Purposes
Speccon primary aim is to provide training courses through various modes of communication that increase career growth and company performance. Their goal in doing so is to bridge the gap between employee skill demands and employee skill development.
- Individuals’ soft skills and financial skills training needs are met through skill assessment and goal-based training.
- Retaining new and existing students through level-based instruction.
- Adapting our training courses as needed in response to specific goals and objectives.
- Assessing learners before to training and reassessing pupils after training to track progress.
- Making training available online
- Providing specialized consulting services aimed at optimizing business operations.
- Developing our own workforce through skill development programs and ongoing skill evaluations.
- Keeping our financial house in order by offering outstanding value to our consumers and a reasonable return to our shareholders.

- Domestic Services NQF LEVEL 1
- Business Practice NQF LEVEL 1
- (SMME) New Venture Creation NQF LEVEL 2
- (SMME) New Venture Creation End User Computing NQF LEVEL 2
- Business Administration NQF Level 4 in Generic Management
- NQF Level 5 in Information Technology: Systems Support IT
- Business Analysis NQF Level 5
- Support Service NQF Level 6 Level 4 NQF
Closing date
Each individual will be enrolled after their learnership agreement has been registered with SETA. As a result, there is no deadline. Each month, we will begin new sessions.
Requirements for Admission
Most courses require a matric certificate with English and Mathematics as prerequisites. Some management courses may necessitate prior job experience.
