2022-2023 Citi South Africa Graduate Learnership
Citi’s 12-month learnership program is designed to offer young graduates with the skills and expertise they need to flourish as valuable team members and create a long-term career in the organization.
Successful candidates will acquire exposure and hands-on work experience in several areas of the business. Furthermore, successful candidates are encouraged to seek for permanent positions and will have the opportunity to get funding to pursue a postgraduate degree during their year of employment.
Short-listed applicants will go through an extensive interview procedure, and those who are chosen will be allocated to one of the following departments within the organization:
- Finance
- Technology and Operations
- Risk
- Treasury and Trade Services
- Banking on investments
- Finance for Corporations
- Banking for Businesses
- Human Capital
- Markets Worldwide
- Other financial sectors
Who is eligible to apply?
To apply, you must satisfy the following minimum qualifying requirements:
- Have recently finished undergraduate studies with a GPA of 65 percent or a Master’s degree in any field of study
- Although job experience is not required, having less than 12 months of experience is a distinct benefit.
- Has strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Eager to learn and has a genuine interest in the financial business
- Outstanding organizational, planning, and communication abilities
- Has strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
- High levels of dedication and ethical decision-making
